In a typical month, how many times do you send out invoices? Where can I find my bills and when will they arrive? When do we get to start sending them money? What do they get for the price you charge? Under what conditions can an early payment be made, if any? When a payment is late, what happens next? to eliminate any initial confusion or misunderstanding, a written agreement outlining these terms and conditions is required.
